Biyografi
Dr. Ebru Gökalp is a researcher and practitioner specializing in informatics, management information systems, software engineering, and digital transformation. With a wealth of experience leading collaborative projects between industry and academia, she focuses on cutting-edge areas such as digital transformation, software quality evaluation, business process management, and the elicitation of system and software requirements. Her expertise includes supervising model-based assessments and enhancements of business processes, making her an invaluable asset in the field. From 2016 to 2018, Dr. Gökalp excelled as a principal researcher, project manager, and digital transformation specialist at the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK), within the Informatics and Information Security Research Center (BILGEM) and the Software Technologies Research Institute (YTE). She then took on a faculty role at Başkent University from 2018 to 2021 and served as an adjunct faculty member for the Software Management and Information Systems programs at the Informatics Institute of Middle East Technical University from 2018 to 2020. Moreover, she furthered her research endeavors as a researcher in the Department of Engineering at the Institute for Manufacturing, University of Cambridge, from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Dr. Gökalp serves as an Associate Professor in the Computer Engineering Department and the Information Systems program at Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey. Her extensive research interests encompass Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Process Management, Digital Transformation, Software Quality Management, Software Project Management, Capability Maturity Models, and Industry 4.0, reflecting her commitment to advancing these vital fields.
