I graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2006 and completed my residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2011. Between 2011 and 2014, I received subspecialty training in Gynecologic Oncology Surgery at Hacettepe University. During this period, I also worked as a clinical fellow for two months at Charles University in Prague.
I was accredited as a cancer surgery specialist by the European Society of Gynecological Oncology (ESGO) in 2015. From 2014 to 2018, I worked as a gynecologic oncology surgeon at Etlik Zübeyde Hanım Gynecology and Research Hospital. During this time, I obtained ECFMG certification after passing the USMLE examinations.
Between 2018 and 2020, I worked as a clinical fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. I was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2019.
My clinical focus is the surgical treatment of gynecologic cancers, with particular expertise in laparoscopic and robotic surgery, including the management of recurrent and reoperative cases.
