Özet
In the context of foreign language teacher training, training in pedagogical teaching skills should also form the necessary basis for teaching of German as a Foreign Language. The aim of the article is to show how the European Portfolio for Student Teachers of Languages (EPOSTL) can be used effectively in practical school subjects in German teacher training programs in Turkey. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of implementing EPOSTL in foreign language teacher education at Turkish universities are recorded.
