Özet

In the title compound, C17H20ClN3O3S2, the hexahydropyrimidine ring is puckered, the total puckering amplitude Q(T) being 0.41 (1) Angstrom. The morpholine ring displays orientational disorder. Molecules are linked in the crystal via N-H ...O and C - H ... O interactions to form infinite chains.
