Özet
Linear IgA bullous dermatosis is a rare autoimmune disease characterized by subepidermal blister formation and linear IgA deposition in the dermoepidermal junction. Linear IgA bullous dermatosis seems to be associated with several chronic diseases. Five cases with concurrent glomerulonephritis and linear IgA bullous dermatosis were reported. Although an autoantibody against the basal membrane was detected, but exact pathological mechanism is still unclear. We present a case with concurrent linear IgA bullous dermatosis and IgA nephropathy and discuss the correlation between the two conditions using recent data.
