Özet

The care of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is complex and requires multisciplinary expertise. Artificial intelligence, in particular large language models can be utilized to standardize and democratize care. This study aimed to compare the performance of a domain-specific language model, GastroGPT, with a general-purpose language model (ChatGPT), and attending physician notes in the management of patients HCC in various clinical scenarios using real life data.
