Statement of problem. Subtractive and additive computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM) systems have been used in the fabrication of cobalt-chromium (Co-Cr) long-span restorations. However, the accuracy of fit of multiunit frameworks is unclear.
