Abstract

In this study, the utilization of signals of opportunity (SoOP) from Starlink satellites in Low Earth Orbits(LEO) for positioning purposes was examined. Doppler measurement and error sources that affecting positioning were modeled, and a Doppler-based positioning algorithm is proposed.
