In this study, it is aimed to identify at which level of personal and professional competences stated in the Turkish Qualifications Framework for higher education (TQF) for the European Commission's lifelong learning reference point, have been acquired by the last year students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Hacettepe University. Data of the research were collected through the administration of the scale developed by Turhan (2012). Data were obtained by 517 undergraduate students and one-variable analysis methods was used to analyze the data. The results of the study revealed that students acquired the competences at the "much" level; there was no difference between the views of female and male students and the views of the students did not differ according to the Departments of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. In the light of these findings, it is considered that the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences was successful in provision of the comptences in question, to the students of its bachelor's degree programmes. Depending on the research results it can be recommended that a similar research can be administered in the different faculties of the university and the questionnaire can be applied in the larger and international samples.
