Özet

In this study, four processes provided a new point of view to understand change in related to organization as succession and transformation metaphor were examined: Autopoieis theory providing a new approach to relation between systems and their environments, Chaos and complexity theory investigating how indirect relations create new orders and changing forms in organizations, the understanding of reciprocal causality adopting the changing in complex systems is hidden in cyclic relations than linear relations and the understanding of dialectic changing suggesting the changing as a product of the tension between contraries. Also, the results of this processes in relating to educational administration was discussed.
