Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effects of 100 Essential Reading Application which was put into effect by the Ministry of National Education of the 59th Government in 2005 on students' reading habits. In addition, it tries to find out the effect of libraries on this application in relation to the views of primary Turkish teachers.
