Objective : The pathogenesis of otitic hydrocephalus remains unclear. The use of radiological examination is very important to clarify both the diagnosis and the pathogenesis. In this article the role of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance venography (MRV) is discussed.
