This study contributes to the knowledge of the fauna of Staphylinindae. We present the species list of Quediina rove beetles, the second largest subtribe of the tribe Staphylinini (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae: Staphylininae) and other “quediina-like” subtribes Acylophorina, Amblyopinina and Cyrtoquediina from the Aegean Region of Türkiye. Field studies were conducted in this region between 2019 and 2022. A total of 29 species belonging to four genera were recorded, among these, 12 species are new for the region and for many species new locality records were provided. In addition to the distribution data the list includes phenological and bionomic data, which are evaluated and compared with previous studies from the region. As a part of the huge Mediterranean basin, Türkiye consists an important role by having a significant biodiversity, which also acts as a bridge for the species among three continents, which is also reflected by the species composition of this study. The results suggest that, habitat loss caused by several probable reasons including climate change may present itself as a situation requiring special attention.
