Bu çalışmada çevrimiçi öğrenme topluluğu hissini belirlemek için kullanılabilecek bir ölçme aracı ge- liştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Literatür taraması sonucunda elde edilen madde havuzu kapsam geçerliliğibağlamında uzman görüşüne sunulmuştur. Çalışma grubunu, 2011-2012 öğretim yılında Bilgisayar veÖğretim Teknolojileri Eğitimi Bölümünde öğrenim gören, çevrimiçi öğrenme topluluğuna katılmış, 245öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Çalışma grubundan elde edilen verilerle açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizigerçekleştirilmiştir. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi ile 3 faktörden oluşan, 28 maddelik ölçme aracına ulaşıl- mış, faktörlerin ölçeğe ilişkin açıkladıkları toplam varyans % 42,65 bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin güvenirliğiiçin madde analizine dayalı olarak hesaplanan Cronbach alfa iç tutarlılık katsayısı tüm faktör için 0,88,ölçeğin test-tekrar test ölçümleri için güvenirlik katsayısı 0,84 bulunmuştur. Gerçekleştirilen doğrulayı- cı faktör analizi sonucunda ölçek modelinin uygunluğu tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen değerler ölçeğe aitpsikometrik niteliklerin kabul edilebilir sınırlar içinde olduğunu göstermektedir.
This study aims to develop a measuring instrument for determining the sense of community in onlinelearning. The group of subjects included 245 students who studied in the Department of Computer Edu- cation and Instructional Technology in 2011-2012 academic year and participated in an online learningcommunity. Explanatory and confirmatory factor analyses were carried out on the acquired data. As aresult of the explanatory factor analysis, a 28-item measuring instrument with 3 factors was produced;the total variance that the factors explained regarding the scale was 42.65%. Cronbach s alpha coef- ficient of internal consistency, which was calculated depending on the item analysis for the reliability ofthe scale, was found to be 0.88 for the whole factor; the reliability coefficient for the test-retest measuresof the scale was found to be 0.84. The confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the scale model wastheoretically and statistically appropriate. The acquired values showed that the psychometric charac- teristics of the scale were within acceptable limits.
