Abstract

Objectives Mushroom management, which has entered the management literature using the metaphor of growing mushrooms, is a management style in which managers generally keep their power and knowledge in one centre and do not like to be questioned and criticized. This study conducted to determine the effect of the mushroom management style of administrative staff working in the healthcare sector and perceived supervisor support on job performance.
