Özet

Aim: P-wave dispersion (Pd) has been reported to be associated with inhomogeneous and discontinuous propagation of sinus impulses. The purpose of this study was to investigate Pd in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and to determine its relationship with severity of the disease.
