Türkiye’de Sağlık Bakanlığına Bağlı Kurumlarda Diyetisyen Kadrolarının Mevcut Durumu ve Dağılımı

Özet
Bu araştırmada, Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı kuruluşlarda istihdam edilebilecek diyetisyen sayısının değerlendirilmesi ve istihdam po- litikalarına yönelik öneriler geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Sağlık Bakanlığına ait ilgili web sitelerinde yayımlanan kamuya açık diye- tisyen istihdamına ilişkin veriler toplanmış ve personel dağılım cet- velleri incelenmiştir. Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı birimlerin 1203’ünde en az bir diyetisyen kadrosu olmak üzere toplamda 3832 diyetisyen kadrosu bulunmaktadır. Kuruluş türü, bulunduğu il veya ilçenin nü- fusu ile hastanelerin yatak sayısı, istihdam edilebilecek diyetisyen sayısını etkilemektedir. Personel dağılım cetveline göre diyetisyen istihdam hakkına sahip kuruluşların 587’sinde (%48,79) yalnız- ca bir diyetisyen çalıştırma hakkı bulunmaktadır. Bu kuruluşların 196’sı (%16,29) yataklı tedavi hizmeti veren hastanelerdir. Yalnızca bir diyetisyen kadrosu bulunan hastanelerde kadro sayısının en az ikiye çıkarılması, diyetisyenlerin görev ve sorumluluklarını etkili bir şekilde yerine getirmeleri açısından önemlidir.
In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the number of dietitians who can be employed in the institutions affiliated to the Ministry of He- alth and to provide suggestions for employment policies. Data open to public, dietitian employment published on the relevant websites of the Ministry of Health were collected and personnel distribution tables were analysed. There is at least one dietitian position in 1203 of the units affiliated to the Ministry of Health, making a total of 3832 dietitian positions. The type of institution, the population of the province or district in which it is located, and the number of hospital beds affect the number of dietitians that can be employed. According to the personnel distribution table, 587 (48.79%) of the institutions that have the right to employ dietitians have the right to employ only one dietitian. In total, 196 (16.29%) of these institutions are hospitals that provide inpatient treatment services. Hospitals with only one dietitian position, it is important to increase the number of positions to at least two for the dietitians to fulfil their duties and responsibilities effectively.
