Abstract

This work presents an efficient visual interface which has been developed by Delphi and used for estimation of switched reluctance motor’s inductance profile for better performance. Details of the system training and system operation are given. By means of the developed interface, the train and test actions of the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) can be performed according to the inputs provided. The results have shown that the developed software can be used a visual educational tool for artificial neural network education and can easily be adapted to different applications other than estimating switched reluctance motor’s inductance profiles.
