Özet

In this research, the relationship between the innovative school and the individual creativity of teachers was examined. The research was conducted with 302 teachers working in Yozgat during the 2017-2018 academic year. The Innovative School Scale developed by Aslan and Kesik (2016) and the Individual Creativity Scale, which is also a factor of Organizational Creativity Scale developed by Balay (2010) were used. In the analysis of data, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis were used. According to the results, teachers consider their schools as highly innovative. It is determined that teachers consider their creativity at a high level. It was found that there was a significant relationship between the innovative school and the individual creativity of the teachers. In addition, it was determined that the administrative support and innovative atmosphere dimensions of the innovative school were significant predictors of individual creativity of teachers.
