Abstract

Lowe (oculocerebrorenal) syndrome is an X-linked recessive disorder characterised by congenital cataract. glaucoma, cognitive developmental delay and renal tubular Fanconi syndrome. In this report we present a patient with Lowe syndrome with a tigroid pattern oil cranial MRI, which has not been previously reported as in imaging feature of this syndrome. (c) 2008 Elsevier Ltd.
