Özet

Aim: In this preliminary study, we aimed to analyze the effect of sodium butyrate (NB) and phenylbutyrate (PB), belonging to the class of histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors, on lymphoblastoid cell lines established from spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) patients. Materials and
