This study is a literature review on social problems which children encounter in Turkey. In the study the concept of children at risk was approached, problems that children frequently face with such as poverty, substance abuse, living on the street, working on the street and after that as a result of this review studies on child delinquency in Turkey were reviewed in the light of statistical data. Results indicate that risk factors for children in Turkey as a crucial social problem must be dealth together with child delinquency.
