Endodontic-periodontal (endo-perio) lesions present a significant clinical challenge due to the complex interplay between the pulp and periodontal tissues. These lesions often require a multidisciplinary treatment approach to effectively address both endodontic and periodontal components. This case report presents three cases involving endo-perio lesions. Case 1: The first case was successfully treated with endodontic therapy alone. The lesion resolved after proper root canal treatment, showing complete healing in follow-up evaluations. Case 2: The second case required a combined approach of both endodontic and periodontal therapy. Endodontic treatment was followed by periodontal intervention, which together led to successful healing of the lesion. Case 3: The third case involved a palatogingival groove, which necessitated advanced periodontal procedures in addition to endodontic treatment. After the endodontic therapy, a biomaterial was placed in the palatogingival groove to support tissue regeneration, leading to the resolution of the lesion. Each case illustrates different therapeutic approaches tailored to the specific characteristics of the endo-perio lesion, highlighting the importance of an individualized treatment plan for optimal outcomes.
