Abstract

A 16-year-old girl presented with pain and swelling of her right knee for 2 years. Magnetic resonance imaging disclosed a mass in the infrapatellar fat pad. Arthroscopic removal of the lesion led to a histopathologic diagnosis of vascular malformation, which has not been reported exclusively in this location. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
