Purpose: E -book applications not only enable users to access books more efficiently but also have advantages such as the inclusion of interaction, updating, and multimedia features. However, there are negative features such as advertisement density, access problems, and not being suitable for age level in applications peculiar to children. This study aims to examine the "TRT cocuk Kitaplak" application developed for children aged 3-7 by the General Directorate of Turkish Radio -Television Corporation, aiming to be the most comprehensive digital library in Turkiye and the e -books in the application for pre-school children. Method: The document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was utilized. The study group consists of TRT cocuk Kitaplak Application and 172 interactive e-books offered for children aged 3-5 in the application. The data were obtained using the "Interactive e -Book Application Evaluation Criteria Checklist" created by the researchers based on the literature. A descriptive analysis technique was used in the analysis of the data. Findings: It has been observed that the application meets 29 of the 41 criteria in the checklist, 8 criteria need to be developed, and 4 criteria are not among the features of the TRT cocuk Kitaplak application. It has been found that interactive e-books are presented in five categories according to their subjects, classified according to age groups, having Turkish primarily as their original language, and there are multiple choice questions about the story and interactive games at the end of the books. It has been found that some features of the application and the e -books included in that should be developed in line with the criteria. Implications: It was concluded in the research that the TRT cocuk Kitaplak application mostly had the required qualities when evaluated in terms of general and technical features, usage features, ethical compliance, copyrights, and economy. However, especially considering the preschool period, it was understood that some features of the application and the books included in that should be developed and some new features should be added, and suggestions were presented regarding the mentioned points. Originality: This research is original research that will contribute to the literature as it is the first study to deal with the TRT cocuk Kitaplak application, which was developed as Turkiye's most comprehensive digital children's library and provides free interactive e-books, and the children's books for the preschool period included in the application.
