Behcet's Disease is a systemic disorder that may involve various organs. The prevalence of pulmonary involvement in Behcet's is 5% to 10%. Chylothorax secondary to superior vena caval obstruction is a rare complication and has been reported in only a few cases. We report a 40-year-old male with Behcet's Disease who developed chylothorax associated with superior vena cava thrombosis.
