Özet

Intravesical immunotherapy with bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) is an effective and frequently used treatment for superficial bladder cancer. Local side effects are frequent, whereas systemic side effects are rare, but more serious. In this paper, it was aimed to present a male patient who developed BCG sepsis after intravesical BCG instillation for bladder carcinoma.
