Özet

Riza Tevfik, who is among the important names in intellectual, political and literary life of the Second Constitutional period, wrote many articles appeared in several newspapers and magazines for nearly thirty years. His pseudonym "feylesof" had become his second name since his school years, paved the way that he was criticized and even underestimated by dissidents. He wrote Mufassal Kamus-i. Felsefe, the first philosophical dictionary recorded in the Ottoman Empire and works as Felsefe Dersleri and Abdulhak Hamid ve Mulahazat-i Felsefiyesi, besides over six hundred articles.
