Abstract

Pre-school education has an important role in the development of societies, the most important steps a country's education system. To be a qualified pre-school service professional and pedagogically equipped with educators of qualified pre-school education programs are needed. Objectives of preschool education institutions in Azerbaijan, national and moral values in children with language teaching and talented students are revealing. Azerbaijan is prepared in accordance with the wishes of the community pre-school children in the state standards, which serve the realization of state policy in the field of pre-school education in the country and the general norms valid for 5 years. From this point of the current state of research in Azerbaijan with the Pre-School Education and Program is aimed to investigate the State Standard. The method of document analysis method used in this study, qualitative research methods. Content analysis was applied to analyze the data.
