Abstract

BACKGROUND: The aims of this study were to investigate the effectiveness of randomly amplified polymorphic DNA polymerase chain reaction (RAPD-PCR) for determining the clonal relationships among Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains and to compare this method with anti-biotyping.
