Özet

Problem Statement: Teacher behaviors play an important role in structuring of teaching and learning and student attitudes. The affect of teacher behaviors on students can be organized under four categories, cognitive abilities, interest, attitude and social adequacy. According to social psychologists, behaviors are mostly identified by attitudes. Considering the affect of attitudes on behaviors, teachers with different attitudes would have different impact on students. Thus, it is important to identify teachers based on their attitudes. In recent year, there have been many studies identifying qualities of an ideal teacher. This study aims to categorize teachers by their qualities and motivate them or help them to improve themselves based on these qualities.
