Abstract

We present a 49 year old lady who had suffered from a severe traffic accident. She had various vital complications including a left sided occipital condyle fracture, left hypoglossal nerve palsy, right sided Horner syndrome, bilateral multiple rib fractures and a right sided brachial plexopathy. The diagnostic and therapeutic approaches are summarized in the light of the relevant literature.
