California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Turkish Version (CCTDI-T) was used to measure critical thinking disposition level of physics teachers and Teacher Observation Form (OGF) was used to determine activities organized by physics teachers for developing critical thinking. At the end of the study, it has been seen that the physics teachers have low critical thinking disposition level. Furthermore, they don't include the critical thinking activities in the classes and there is no relationship between critical thinking disposition and the activities which develop critical thinking.
