Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze radiation modes of helical antennas. Using Method of Moments (MOM) the current distribution on the antenna is calculated and consequently the radiation pattern and input impedance are numerically evaluated. It is to be observed that a desired radiation pattern is gained simply by manipulating the parameters of helical antenna.
