This research aims to determine similarities and differences in terms of curriculum design between the National Primary School Curriculum 1992 for Art and Craft Course and the National Primary School Curriculum for Visual Arts Course 2006 with the Guide Book (Grades 1-5) in Turkey. Relational survey method was used within the scope of descriptive research to put the current situation into perspective. In the study, similarities and differences in terms of curriculum design between the National Primary School Curriculum 1992 for Art and Craft Course and the National Primary School Curriculum for Visual Arts Course 2006 with the Guide Book (Grades 1-5) were identified. The findings were interpreted. The results and conclusion were elicited.
