BackgroundAspirin desensitization (AD) treatment at doses of up to 1300mg/day improves outcomes in aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease (AERD). The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of aspirin 300mg/day in the treatment of patients with AERD.
