Özet: Gelişen blok zinciri teknolojisine bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan kripto sanat ortamının merkeziyetsiz yapısı, dijital ortamda üretilen eserlerin, herkes tarafından erişilebilmesini sağlarken, dijital eserlerin NFT (Non-Fungible Token) olarak sertifikalanması, sanatçılar için eserlerinin internet ortamında çoğaltılma problemine bir çözüm olarak da sunulmaktadır. Özellikle 2021 yılında popülarite kazanan bu yeni sanat ortamı, hızla büyümekte ve dijital sanat olarak her türlü dijital içeriği kapsayabilmektedir. Bu kaotik ortama, 21. yüzyılın sanatsal ve sosyal hareketi olarak tanımlanan, teknolojinin duygusal deneyimi ifade etme aracı olarak kullanıldığı Teknolojik Dışavurumculuk Hareketi, çözümleyici bir yaklaşım geliştirmeye çalışmaktadır. Sanatçı Colin Goldberg’in 2011 yılında teknoloji ve soyutlamanın kesişimini tanımlamak için öne sürdüğü teknolojik dışavurumculuk terimi, günümüzde, dışavurumcu sanat ile benzer şekilde, dijital sanatçıların kendi duygularından beslenerek, gerçekliği yorumlama perspektifine odaklanan bir harekete evrilmiştir. Manifestolarında, teknolojinin insanlık tarihi kadar eski bir süreklilik olduğunu savunarak, bilgisayar tabanlı bir sanatın mümkün olduğunu iddia etmekte, gerçekleştirdikleri toplantılar ve sergilerle dijital sanatın, animasyon filmleri ve video oyunlarını içerebilen yeni medya çalışmalarından ayrılması gerektiğini savunmaktadırlar. Hareket, kapsamlılık iddiasında bulunmadan, gelişen blok zinciri teknolojisi ve bu yeni teknolojinin yarattığı yeni sanat ortamında, ortaya çıkan yaklaşımların genişliğine vurgu yapmakta, bu ortamda sanatsal derinliğin mümkün olabileceği fikrini ortaya atmaktadır. Teknolojik Dışavurumculuk Hareketi’nde NFT’ler, son teknolojinin bir anlık görüntüsü olarak sunulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, dijital sanat ortamındaki paradigma değişimi, blok zinciri teknolojisi ile NFT’ye dönüştürülmüş dijital eserlerin yer aldığı yeni platformların mevcudiyeti ve Teknolojik Dışavurumculuk Hareketi’nin eylemleri değerlendirilerek, bu yeni dijital sanat ortamının geleceği tartışılacaktır.

Abstract: While the decentralized structure of the crypto art scene that is emerging with developing blockchain technology, grants access to all, in regards to digital artworks, certificating artworks with NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), offers a solution to digital artists regarding digital duplication of artworks. This new art scene which has gained popularity especially in 2021, is rapidly growing and including all kinds of digital content as digital art. Defined as the artistic and social movement of the 21st century, The Techspressionism movement, which utilizes technology to express an emotional experience, is trying to come up with an analytic approach to this chaotic environment. Today, the term Techspressionism put forward by artist Colin Goldberg in 2011, to identify the intersection of technology and abstraction, similar to expressionist art, has evolved into a movement that focuses on interpreting reality through the emotions of digital artists. In their manifesto, by arguing that technology is a continuum that is as old as human history, they defend that computer-based art is possible. In their meeting and galleries, they argue that digital art must be differentiated from new media works which can include animation movies, and video games. Without claiming comprehensiveness, Techspressionism Movement, emphasizes the vastness of the developing blockchain technology and the new emerging approaches in this new art scene created by it, and argues the possibility of artistic profoundness. In the Techpressionism Movement, NFTs are presented as an instant snapshot of the latest technology. In the study, the paradigm shift in the digital art scene, the existence of new platforms that host digital art works which are transformed into NFTs via blockchain technology, and this new art scene’s future will be discussed through an evaluation of Techspressionism Movement’s activities.
