Six new Russula records from Turkey

Abstract

During field studies in 2012-13, six Russula species from the Samanli Mountains region were identified as new records for Turkey: R. clariana, R. faginea, R. insignis, R. odorata, R. sericatula, and R. velutipes. Descriptions of the taxa along with their distinct features are given and a key to the species is provided.
