Özet

Purpose: The aim of this study was to translate the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia to Turkish and assess its test-retest reliability. Material and method: Ninety two patients with neck or back pain aged between 23-66 years (mean 45 +/- 10 years) participated in this study. After translating the tool to Turkish, test and retest was performed with an interval of three days. Results: There was no difference between test and retest results (p>0.05). The test-retest reliability was found to be 0.806 (95% CI=0.720-0.867). Conclusion: Test-retest reliability of the Turkish version of the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia was found to be excellent in our study and it was seen that the tool could be used in clinical settings.
