Abstract

BackgroundThe present study investigated the effects of fat-protein (CFP) counting in addition to carbohydrate (CARB) counting for calculating prandial insulin dosage on blood glucose profile in patients with type 1 diabetes (T1D) on basal-bolus insulin therapy.
