Abstract

Immunoglobulin A vasculitis (IgA-V), formerly known as Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP), is the most common small vessel vasculitis in children. In recent years, the role of T cells in the pathogenesis of HSP/IgA-V has become a focus of research.
