Abstract

The major aim of this study is to identify the differences between the schools, one of which had implemented a Comenius Project and the other not, depending on the views of teachers. It also aims at determining the extent to which school administrators have collaborative leadership characteristics depending on stated school features. The study is a qualitative research. The data were collected through interviews and analysed with the descriptive statistical technique. The findings showed that each school has different school features and school administrators in the school involved in project have much more collaborative characteristics. (C) 2015 The Authors.
