Özet

ÖZET

Bu araştırmanın amacı toplum merkezlerinden yararlanan bireylerin sosyo demografik özelliklerini ve bu kişilerin toplum merkezlerine ilişkin değerlendirme ve önerilerini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma, Ankara kent merkezinde etkinlik gösteren SHÇEK’e bağlı 4 toplum merkezi ile iki gönüllü kuruluşa bağlı (Çağdaş Kadın ve Gençlik Vakfı, Anadolu Çağdaş Eğitim Vakfı) toplum merkezlerinden hizmet alan 12 yaşın üzerindeki genç ve yetişkin 253 kişi üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Araştırmanın bulguları üç ana bölüm halinde sunulmuştur: Birinci Bölümde toplum merkezlerinden yararlanan bireylerin sosyo-demografik özellikleri ele alınmaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise toplum merkezlerinden yararlanan bireylerin hizmetlerden yararlanma süreci ve hizmetler hakkındaki değerlendirmeleri yer almaktadır. Son olarak toplum merkezlerinde ve çevrelerinde yaşanan sorunlar ve bu sorunların çözümü için geliştirilen önerilere yer verilmiştir.

SUMMARY

The main purpose of this study is to determine the socio-demographic characteristics of the persons who use the community centers’ services, and their evaluation and suggestions. This study included 253 young and adult aged 12 that use the services which are given by the six community centers tied to Social Services and Child Protection Agency (SHCEK) and Foundation of Contemporary Women and Youth and Foundation of Anatolian Contemporary Education. Research findings were given in three main parts: First part covered the socio-demographic characteristics of the service users. Second part covered the information related to the process of service use of the persons and their evaluations. Final part covered the information related to the problems that occurred in the community centers and some suggestion to solve these problems.
