Özet
This chapter examines the relationship between technology, strategy, and ecological resilience in sustainable organizational transformation. Digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, the Internet of Things, carbon capture and storage, green hydrogen, and synthetic biology are discussed as strategic mechanisms that reshape organizational structures and processes. Ecological resilience is defined as a multidimensional capability that enables organizations to withstand crises, adapt to environmental change, and sustain long-term transformation. The chapter presents an integrative framework based on three pillars: technological competence, strategic foresight, and institutionalized governance capacity. Managerial implications emphasize leadership responsibility in embedding technological innovation into long-term sustainability visions. The chapter concludes that sustainable futures depend on foresight-driven and technology-enabled strategies that move organizations beyond reactive adaptation toward proactive value creation and intergenerational responsibility.
