Mirizzi sendrom which is a rare complication of gallbladder stone takes place as a result of the stone's pressure towards cystic duct or hartmann. Despite modern imaging methodstt cannot be diagnosed prior to the operation in all cases.The treatment of mirizzi syndrome is surgical repairtn this case a woman patient (70) who applied to our clinic due to the obstruction in icterus is submitted.25 mm calibre stone in the preoperative choledoch could not be taken out but stent and biliary drainage were performed.Conventional surgical treatment was performed the patient who was not diagnosed as mirizzi syndrome in spite of ERCP process and she was diagnosed as intraoperative type 2 mirizzi syndrome.The patient performed partial cholecystectomy,choledochotoiny and t tube drainage was discharged without any trouble as a consequence of postoperative observations after t tube was taken out.
