Abstract

Distance learning using innovative use of technologies is becoming a good way in the last ten years to obtain knowledge separate from the traditional attending in the classrooms. The goal of this type of education is to provide maximum possible outcome for students. For developing societies and people who are in specific conditions, this method is a fastest growing form of education.
