Abstract

Introduction: Progressive relaxation exercises are commonly used non-pharmacological methods to cope with chemotherapy side effects. This study was conducted to determine the effect of progressive relaxation exercises on chemotherapy symptoms in patients with breast cancer who were undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy.
