Özet

Lipomas are common gastrointestinal (GI) tract lesions, predominantly in the colon. They are rarely symptomatic and are incidentally detected at colonoscopy, cross-sectional imaging, and autopsy.(1) They rarely cause symptoms, but their rate of detection has gradually increased with the widespread use of radiologic studies.
