Özet

The benzopyran ring system of the flavone in the title compound, C20H16O6, is quasi-planar and makes a dihedral angle of 13.9(4)degrees with the 2-phenyl substituent. The dioxane ring deviates from planarity. The structure is stabilized by inter-and intramolecular hydrogen bonds.
