Abstract

Enthusiasm for developing safer and faster anastomotic techniques and complementary devices continues. We report on a new microvascular end-to-side anastomosis technique using a silver ring around the anastomotic circumference. The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of this technique with conventional end-to-side vessel anastomosis.
